My name is Pete Zarate, and I’m from Lafayette, IN. I graduated from Ball State University with a double major in Marketing and French. Before finding Credence, I previously worked as a Retail Sales Manager at CarZone.

What's your favorite part about your position?

Building a team and seeing them progress through the training

What's the best advice you've gotten in our business?

Coming from a sales management background, this position has shown me how to further lead a sales team. The best advice has been the sales impacts we have held throughout training to improve my communication and persuasion skills beyond what I previously knew.

What are your goals?

Develop more leaders in our industry and get promoted into and Assistant Management position by the end of the first quarter of 2025.

Personal Development (Mental, Physical, Financial: reading PD books, strength training, podcasts)
